Welcome, and thank you for visiting.

No doubt you've discovered that there are a lot of church websites on the Internet. Even now you might be tired of pouring over 'statements of faith' and 'doctrine', but no matter how you found our website, or why, we want to say "Welcome." We're glad you found us. Before we say anything else, we want you to know that no matter why you're here, no matter your age, past, race, gender, or beliefs, we'd love to meet you in person. There's just nothing better than experiencing something first hand. Now don't get us wrong, we're not an old fashioned church. We're a congregation of believers who identify more with an expression of God's Kingdom than a modern day church filled with lifeless religious symbolism. We can appreciate text messages, emails and a Facebook Wall Posting and we'd love for you to browse around on our website, but just like a Facebook page, informative as it may be, our website is merely a snapshot of who we are. Having said that, stop by and check us out in person soon, but until then, here's our snapshot.

We'll start out with the 'big three.' You know, the three things that most Christians look for on a church website, "What do they believe about God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost?" It's impossible to list all of what we believe about them here (that's why we meet), but here is what you probably want to know before stepping foot in our building:

1. We believe that God is the creator of all things, and our Heavenly Father. We believe that He is a personal God, with a will and personality, and that He still speaks today, and in fact, expects us to listen.

2. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that through His death and resurrection He is the restorer of all things, and the only way to gain entrance to the Kingdom of God.

3. We believe that Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God sent to dwell within us to empower us to fulfill our purpose, and that He is God's infinite wisdom working in our lives.

Now, you still probably have a lot of questions that you want answered before you come and visit us. We totally understand. Know that above all else, we're more than a church, we're a family, and we invite you to be a part. When you visit, we'll make you feel welcome, and there will be plenty of opportunities to be a part of what's going on at The Rock no matter your personality or age.

Here are some other things that you might want to know about us, and will see first hand when you visit us:

SERVICES: Here at The Rock, no two services are exactly alike, and that's because we strive to be an expression of what the Lord is speaking from week to week, day to day and moment to moment. By being very attentive to what the Lord is speaking, our services are a demonstration of a people being obedient as the Lord speaks, which allows His glory to be demonstrated through us.

MUSIC: Our music is eclectic and passionate, with a sound that is unique to our personality as a Kingdom house. Ethnically, stylistically and worship-fully diverse, we celebrate The Lord zealously and intimately with our songs, and use all types of instruments to worship and prophesy with music.

THE PREACHING: So you might be asking yourself a legitimate question-- "How is the preaching?" The answer, simply, is: life-changing to those that will apply it. The preaching at The Rock is not just about getting into Heaven or 'being saved'. It does have some to do with that, but not mostly. Mostly, it has to do with living on this earth, and living well while making Yahweh's name great. On earth as it is in Heaven is Jesus' prayer, and the words preached here at The Rock are directed at equipping and changing the lives of those who hear it to strengthen their relationship with the Lord.

OUTREACH MINISTRY: In addition to creative ministry there are also many other ministries that we have that reach out to the community. From a clothing ministry, to addiction support to vacation bible school, there are many ways that you can reach out to the community here at The Rock. As you explore our website, hopefully you'll get a feel for the freedom of The Rock and a better understanding of who we are. Remember though, this is just a snapshot, we'd love to meet you in person. If you still have questions, please call us, we'd love to hear from you. Our office number is 407-688-2445.

We hope that in your browsing you've found at least one reason to visit The Rock during one of our scheduled services (or as we call them, 'celebrations'). There is a place for you in our family, and we invite you to be a part of what God is doing here, at The Rock. We hope to see you soon.

The Rock is committed to becoming and manifesting the Kingdom of Yahweh in the earth. We are not interested in being associated with the church institution as it is known in the earth today. For those tired of church as usual, we will see you soon!
